**ATTENTION ALL NSAR MEMBERS!** --> Is your son, daughter, or grandchild in high school or a post-secondary institute preparing to apply for scholarships for the 2012-2013 school year?! Bring this one to their attention! The NSAR (Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS®) awards 2 lucky applicants a bursary each year based on the following criteria:
• involvement in school and/or community
• future plans (career education)
• work experience, if applicable
• difficulties that have been overcome
• must be the child or grandchild of an NSAR Member

EXIT Realty Metro was proud to announce our 'Top 15 Agents' for all of 2011 this morning. You'll notice this year we have 16 agents on the list, with a tie for 15th! This award is certainly well deserved by each and every one of these hard working and dedicated top producing agents! We are happy to have them all on board and part of the team here at EXIT Metro. These agents are a great mix of personalities and they each have a very individual style of work ethic and marketing. Many of them have partaken in multiple training events over the past year and have conducted some training themselves. This goes to show they are no strangers to the EXIT Family & our mentality that "helping others, helps yourself", making them a great group of role models to our newer agents.
Congrats to all of you for landing yourself on this presitigous list for 2011! Best of luck to each of you in the 2012 market...we wish you a prosperous and successful year ahead!!
